Karnataka ministers should be jailed: Anna

Anna Hazare expressed distress towards the three BJP ministers, who were watching porn in the Karnataka Assembly, and demanded that they should be sent to jail and sacked from the House for resulting in disrespect to the Constitution.

Hazare reacted in a statement saying that the political parties were involved with such corrupted people, and these leaders are staining the sacred place- Parliament and state Assemblies of our democracy.

“India’s future is in unsafe hands. The parties are today contending among each other in handing tickets to such people. They are polluting Parliament and State Assemblies. The ministers should be shown the door permanently from Assembly as they have disregarded the Assembly, to the extent have defamed the Constitution and sent to jail,” told Anna Hazare.

Till the investigation into the matter is going on and it is not over, the three ministers have been excluded from attending the Assembly. There has been a six-member committee who are looking into this matter and they have to present its report by 12 March.

The three ministers have been barred from attending the Assembly till the probe into the matter is over. A six-member committee has been formed to look into the matter and the Assembly was adjourned sine die on Wednesday.
