Now the news is making rounds that Anil Ambani has made the largest house than Mukesh Ambani’s ‘Antilla’. The time when Anil’s home will be completed fully, it will be the hottest property news of the country, making all the flashes and headlines. This is gonna be interesting with two brothers coming yet again in competition row!
Anil Ambani Bandra House Plan
It was a few months back when Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s Rs 4,500 Crore dream house was having its final finishing touches, then their rival Anil and Tina Ambani’s new home went under construction at Bandra’s Pali Hill. It has progressed to a great length and reached the plinth level. If elder brother can make an effort to build his lavish house, why be his younger brother be lagged behind!
Till now Mukesh Ambani’s house is one of the most pricey and notable house in the whole world, as being listed by the Forbes Magazine. Anil has already begun his luxurious house in Pali Hill, which is heard to be larger than Antilla. It will be significantly one hundred meters tall, but he has just received permission for 66 meters only.
Ravi Muthreja, spokesperson of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Group (ADAG) made a confirmation that the plot on the Nargis Dutt road will own a residence for Anil Ambani and his family. Muthreja ignored to share any details related to the project.
Anil New Home Construction Started
A senior officer from the Buildings Proposal Department of BMC too confirmed after receiving a proposal from the Ambanis for a residential building in Bandra. ‘It’s an initial level proposal. I would not like to comment anything about the proposal,” he added.
The Pali Hill Residents Association are building up their case to withstand any move to allow Anil’s house to rise to 150 metres. Madhu Poplai, secretary, PHRA commented, ‘There is water reservoir that supplies to almost all of Bandra and Khar right adjacent to this plot. The new building will also be in the flight path of planes taking off and landing at the airport.’
Muthreja, however, got rid of every PHRA’s reservations. He continued, ‘There are so many high rises in that area, we have no idea where are these objections coming from.’
Antilla towers at a height of 170 meters, the highest among all of South Mumbai residences and it even has Mukesh Ambani’s personal library on the top floor. If by chance Anil Ambani’s new home gets the clearance for 150 meters, it would be small in comparison with everything in its sight in Bandra.
When the two brothers split, Anil got the power business and with it this attractively strange bungalow on Pali Hill in 2005.
Anil right now stays with his wife, sons and mother at the 17-storeyed Sea Wind building at Cuffe Parade.
As Anil Ambani and his family are eagerly waiting for their new house to complete, so are we to get the final look.
